The major shareholders of Great China Properties Holdings Limited (Great China Properties or Group) are Mr. Huang Shih Tsai, Chairman of Board of Great  China International Investment (Group) Company Limited and Ms. Huang Wenxi, Chief Executive Officer of Great China Real Estate.

Formerly known as Baofu Group, Great China Real Estate was renamed Huitong Tianxia Group Co., Ltd. After the major shareholder, Ms. Huang Wenxi, took over the position. In response to the Group's transformation into a real estate developer, the company officially changed its name to "Great China Real Estate Holdings Limited" on March 2013 to "build the Great China Chinese world: the framework of Asia, building the world, build a better home" .

Through the support of major shareholders and the development of its own high-quality resources, Great China Real Estate currently has a number of property development and investment projects. The Group's projects include the Gold Coast Resort in the Shanwei City of Guangdong Province, the Oriental Xintiandi Building in Huizhou City of Guangdong Province and the Caofeidian Project in Tanghai County, Tangshan City, Hebei Province.
