SHANWEI HONG HAI Bay

Shanwei Hong Hai Bay is located in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, the land area of about 288160.7 square meters, and is planned and positioned for the tourism and entertainment complex. At present, the area of land use right is 273534.2㎡, The municipal road land area of 26860.5 ㎡. It is divided into two zones – A and B. A zone is Plot for a class of residential land 146346.0 ㎡, (According to regulatory requirements compatible with commercial, financial, hotel and other purposes), Class B is land for star hotels and commercial land area of  118,152.3 ㎡, (according to regulatory requirements compatible with hotel facilities).

The project will also include four sites adjacent to the junction of S241 and X141 of the Shanwei provincial highway. The development project is expected to be in completion phases from end 2014 to end of 2019.
