In 1996, the Great China International Exchange Square foundation.

In 1994, Great China International Industry (Shenzhen) Limited established. (now known as Great China International Group (China) Limited).

In 1987 ,Great China International Investment (Group) Limited established.

1987-1996

December 18, 2005, Shenzhen CBD single largest office space, the Shenzhen Municipal Government focused on the grand opening of the Great China International Exchange Square.

In 2004,Shanwei City Great China Industrial Limited was established .

In July 2003,Shanwei Great China International Industrial Limited was established. In December the same year, Leshan Great China International Industry Llimited was established.

1996-2005

December 2009, Great China International Industry (Shenzhen) Limited officially changed its name to Great China International Group (China) Limited.

May 2008, the establishment of the Great China International Industry (Manchuria) Limited, the development of China-Russia-Mongolia International Logistics Park.

On 26 April 2007, Shenzhen CBD first five-star Platinum Hotel - Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel was officially opened, and is created by Great China International Group together with Starwood Hotels & Resorts International Group.

2005-2010

May 19, 2015, Great China (Renhuai) International Financial Center officially launched operations.

On 24 January 2013, Renhuai Municipal Government of Guizhou and Great China International Group jointly established the "Great China International Liquor Trading Center" project ceremony, which marked the birth of the symbol of white wine city.
In March, Waytung Global Group Limited officially changed its name to Great China Properties Holdings Limited.
In August the Great China International Finance Club was formally established in Shanghai.

In December 2010, Waytung Global Holdings (China) Limited was established as the Hong Kong Waytung Global Group in the mainland business development and management’s headquarters.
