Located in the axial center of Shenzhen's CBD, this project has a gross floor area of 310,000㎡. The project includes a 2,000㎡ helipad, a 17,000㎡ green plaza in front of the buildings, a 20,000㎡ underground shopping center, and a banquet hall capable of accommodating more than 1,000 people.
The GCIG Trade Plaza, initiated in July 1996, was one of the earliest development projects in Shenzhen's CBD, witnessing the planning, construction, and prosperity of the central area. It was meticulously built over ten years by the GCIG with the ambition of creating the "Rolls-Royce" of Chinese CBDs and was awarded the "King of Chinese Office Buildings" award.
Located in the core position of the central axis in Shenzhen CBD, south side of Shennan Avenue, at the intersection of Jintian Road and Fuhua Road, and the only intersection of Metro Line 1 and Line 4. The project boasts a gross floor area of 330,000㎡. It is a world-class urban architectural complex integrating prime office buildings, a large commercial center, a platinum five-star Sheraton hotel, a large helipad, an exhibition and convention center, and international apartments. It is currently the largest business complex in Shenzhen's CBD. The building directly faces the Shenzhen Municipal Government and is surrounded by high-end office buildings, the Citizen Center, the Exhibition Center, a super commercial center, five-star hotels, and a financial industry cluster, making it the largest financial center in Asia and standing at the peak of global business. Additionally, the plaza includes a 10,000㎡ sky garden, a 2,000㎡ helipad, a banquet hall accommodating over 1,000 people, and an 85,000㎡ high-end commercial area.
GCIG Trade Plaza is the world's first architectural project to use British pure black microcrystalline glass curtain wall exclusively designed for automotive, featuring Asia's largest span of 42.5 meters without pillars; it is the largest single building in the country.
